Shipping

• Shipping cost: Standard shipping cost per order, R 99.00.
• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
• Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, it will take approximately 3 - 5 business days to be delivered.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange.  

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:  

• Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@in2africa.co.za.
• Packaging: Carefully repackage the item(s) in its original condition, including all tags and packaging.
• Shipping: Send the package to the following address: Unit 2, Bridge House, 49 Bell Crescent, Westlake Business Park, 7945, Cape Town.
• Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your order confirmation or receipt.

Return Policy Exclusions:

• Items that are worn, damaged, or altered.
• Items that are not in their original packaging.
• Sale items.

Refund or Exchange: Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund or exchange within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  

Note:

• Shipping costs for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
• For exchanges, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.
